Mission
Back Into the Body exists to help people make meaning from profound psychedelic and expanded-state experiences and bring those insights into everyday life.
Integration is more than understanding what happened during an experience. It's about learning how to live differently because of it—grounding insight in the body, relationships, choices, and the way we move through the world.
My approach is centered on compassionate listening, grounded presence, nervous-system awareness, and helping people discover their own meaning without imposing an interpretation on their experience.
My Story
My name is Jeremy Wann, and I'm the founder of Back Into the Body.
My path to psychedelic integration began with my own search for understanding—of consciousness, healing, and why we sometimes know something has changed inside us but don't know how to bring that change into everyday life.
Through my own experiences with psychedelics, meditation, recovery, and deep personal transformation, I discovered that the experience itself is only part of the journey. The real work begins afterward: making sense of what you encountered, reconnecting with your body, and finding a way to carry those insights forward.
That realization led me to formally study psychedelic integration and eventually develop Back Into the Body—a non-clinical space where people can slow down, be heard, explore what their experiences mean to them, and begin turning profound experiences into grounded, everyday change.
I don't believe anyone needs someone else to tell them what their experience means. I believe the wisdom is often already there. Sometimes we simply need a safe space to listen for it.
