DMT Integration Support

DMT is one of the most intense experiences a person can have — and one of the hardest to talk about afterward. Where do you even start?

I'm Jeremy Wann. I wrote the book DMT: The Awakening (as Jeremy Jason), and I've spent 30 years in the medical field and years as a licensed integration coach. I've sat with a lot of people trying to make sense of what they saw on the other side.

Why DMT is hard to integrate

A DMT experience can feel more real than everyday life — impossible geometries, a sense of coming home, or being completely undone. Then it's over in minutes, and you're back in your living room with the kettle on. The gap between those two realities is where people get stuck.

What people bring to sessions
  • Vivid encounters they can't explain and don't want to dismiss
  • A sense of mission or message they're not sure what to do with
  • Fear, awe, or grief that hasn't settled
  • Big life questions the experience cracked open
How I work

This is coaching, not therapy and not medical treatment. In a 60-minute session, we slow it all down: what happened, what it meant to you, what's still live in your system. My job is to hold steady space while you do the real work of making meaning — and to help you carry what's useful back into your relationships, your work, your body.

You don't need the perfect words. You just need somewhere to start.
